“Tom Basilo and The Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business (“The Entrepreneurial Center”) hosted the first annual Seton Hall University Entrepreneur Hall of Fame Induction Dinner”
Wednesday, September 27 at the Jubilee Hall Atrium, Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ. - Thomas A. Basilo, Chairman and CEO, WithumSmith+Brown Global Assurance, Princeton,
was the emcee for the evening’s events. Basilo is Chairman of the Board of the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, and is an SHU Alumni, class of 1971. He is an adjunct professor for the Entrepreneurial Studies Program with a major focus to mentor students to increase their entrepreneurial potential, looks for ways to offer student internships and involves alumni and other local entrepreneurs to shape curriculum.
This year’s honorees included Vito DiGiovanni, chief executive officer and co-founder of Fleetwash, Inc., and Steve Waldis, chief executive officer and founder of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. Both honorees are former clients and close friends of Basilo.
