WS+B Instructs NJSCPA Controllers Conference

PRINCETON, NJ, May 20, 2006 Four accountants from WithumSmith+Brown and WithumSmith+Brown Global Assurance, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, presented at the 2006 Passaic County Chapter NJSCPA Controllers Conference on May 19 at William Paterson University, Wayne, NJ.

The speakers included Frank R. Boutillette, CPA/ABV, shareholder, and David R. Dacey, CPA, senior manager of the firm’s New Brunswick office. Also presenting were Thomas A. Basilo, CPA, chairman and CEO, and Raymond J. Broek, CPA, executive vice president of WithumSmith+Brown Global Assurance, LLC, a full-service provider of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, internal audit, IT and risk assurance consulting services.

The conference focused on enhancing operational efforts throughout a company's infrastructure. Eight CPE credits in accounting and auditing were earned by those who attended.
