Len serves as a member of the WithumSmith+Brown Global Assurance board of directors.   Len is one of the founding shareholders of WithumSmith+Brown and is the shareholder in charge of the Princeton, NJ, office.  A licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and Florida, he has over 30 years of professional accounting experience Len has led accounting, audit, tax and consulting engagements for clients in a broad range of industries, including professional services, warehousing/distribution, manufacturing, real estate and not-for-profit organizations.

After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in accounting, Len was an accountant for Haskins & Sells, the predecessor of Deloitte & Touche. He then joined a small CPA firm in Milltown, NJ, which eventually became WS+B.

A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), Len is also actively involved in many community-based organizations. He is treasurer and past chairman of the Chamber of Commerce of the Princeton Area. He is a member of the Princeton Family YMCA Board of Trustees and is treasurer and former chairman of the Princeton Family YMCA-YWCA Board of Trustees. He is also a past president of the Montgomery High School Booster Club and serves as a member of the McCarter Theatre Associates Board of Trustees and as treasurer for Friends of Homeless Animals. In 2001, he was honored by the Central New Jersey Council of the Boy Scouts of America as a recipient of the prestigious "Good Scout Award." Len resides in Somerset County, NJ.
