Ivan serves as a member of the WithumSmith+Brown Global Assurance board of directors.  Ivan is one of the founders of WithumSmith+Brown and serves as managing director and is based in the firm's Red Bank, NJ, office. He has over 30 years of public accounting experience and is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey. His background has been primarily with privately-held businesses in the construction, wholesale/distribution, professional services and manufacturing sectors.

He began his career with Haskins & Sells, the predecessor to Deloitte & Touche, after graduating with a BS degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and is a past president of the NJSCPA's Monmouth/Ocean Chapter.

Ivan currently serves as chairman of the board of trustees of Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. In addition, he chairs the Investment Committee for Bayshore Community Health Services, Inc., where he is also a member of the Finance Committee, Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.

He is active with the American Cancer Society, and serves on the association’s board of managers for the Shore Region. A former treasurer of the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Ivan is also past president of the Exchange Club of New Brunswick. He enjoys running and has completed nine marathons, including the New York City Marathon five times. He resides in Monmouth County, NJ.
