Dave serves as a member of the WithumSmith+Brown Global Assurance board of directors.  Based in WS+B’s Princeton, NJ, office, Dave is the shareholder in charge of WS+B's Tax Department. In this capacity, he oversees all federal, state, local and international tax matters for business entities, individuals, trusts, estates and non-profit organizations. His responsibilities include all levels of tax law research, planning and compliance. In addition, he serves as an expert witness in cases where tax and accounting matters are in question.

Dave joined WS+B in 1986 and is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey with more than 20 years of professional experience. He is actively involved in HLB International, a worldwide accounting and tax organization and formerly served as chairman on the International Tax Committee of Nexia International.

A graduate of West Chester University with a BS degree in accounting, Dave also earned an MBA at Rider University. In addition, he has attended advanced tax training courses at the University of Illinois, Monmouth University and the Real Estate Tax Institute of America. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). He has authored numerous articles and been a guest speaker for tax and financial topics at both international and domestic seminars as well as appearing on many radio and television programs. Dave resides in Monmouth County, NJ.
